2 Point Perspective City Drawing:

Media: Pencil on regular paper

Music and entertainment inspired me to create this piece. Music is a big influence on the world today so I decided to create a city that was dedicated to music. I think this is one of my best pieces because it is unique and has a theme which is something that's hard to follow when you have new ideas.

I created this piece by first creating buildings in 2 point perspective. Then I started added doors, windows, and corners in perspective. After that I start adding uniqueness to each building I created. It was challenging putting words on signs in perspective. My favorite thing about this piece is the piano sidewalk because it adds more of a music feel to the city. My light source comes from the right side of the drawing so I added shadows on the left side. I tried my best to add lots of layers to each thing I drew so that the small things could stand out.

Acrylic Painting:
Media: Acrylic on canvas
What inspired me to create this was the summertime because it's my favorite season and I love flowers.
I created this painting by adding lots of different colored flowers so each one would stand out.
Reflection Drawing:
Media: White colored pencil on black paper
What inspired me to create this peace was the city of New York.
I created this piece by starting out on small parts so it'd be easier to make it look realistic.
Elements and Principles of Design:
Media: Pencil and colored pencil on regular paper
What inspired me to create this piece was the beach because palm trees are what one usually thinks of when thinking of the beach.
I created this piece by carefully creating each principle and element exactly how it should be represented.
Watercolor Painting:
Media: Watercolor on paper
What inspired me to create this piece was nature because the painting is outdoors.
I created this piece by adding lots of layers and different colors so the season (Spring) would be obvious.
